Comforting support
through the hardest times.

Somatic education rooted in neuroscience -- for caregivers and those dealing with illness, injury, and end-of-life

Comforting Hands

Caregiving is a taxing job that can take a toll on your well-being. I offer neuroscience-backed trainings where you can learn gentle touch and tecniques to help support both your well-being and those you support.

Touch has a profound effect on healing. I provide gentle and comforting bodywork sessions to support your body and find ease as you or a loved one is moving through the pain and discouragement of infirmity and the approach of dying.

Massage Therapy Session
Generational Hand Connection

A death doula walks alongside you and your loved ones through one of life's most profound transitions. I offer non-medical support—emotional and practical—to help you navigate dying with dignity, comfort, and peace.
